See open clocks and stay in control
Officers check in on the shift’s scheduled start date, subject to company timing rules. There is no automatic clock-out. Authorized company staff can see who remains clocked in, explicitly clock them out, and correct the time when needed. Overnight work can be checked out after midnight.
Prepare hours for your payroll process
Choose the company pay-week start day, including Friday for a Friday–Thursday week. Review filtered time records, corrections, and exports. OffDuty HQ supports payroll preparation; it does not claim to pay Officers or replace a payroll processor.
Keep operational reporting connected
Use company analytics to review coverage and recorded activity. Officers can access post orders and submit shift-linked incident reports with attachments. Reports have 60-day in-platform retention, so export records your company needs to retain. These are operational reports, not official police reports or an evidence repository.
