Document incidents where the work happens.

Give Officers an incident-report workflow inside the assigned shift, and give authorized company staff a consistent place to review and download each report.

Start from the assignment

When incident reporting is enabled, the Officer opens the shift workspace and chooses Add incident report. The assignment connects the report to its Officer, company, location, and shift, instead of treating it as an unrelated document.

Capture the details

Record the incident date and time, type, specific location, and narrative, and add permitted attachments. Keep location details precise when the scheduled site includes several stops or buildings. Required fields and upload limits are shown in the reporting workflow.

Review and download individually

Authorized company users can review shift-linked incident reports and download individual reports. Incident reports have a 60-day in-platform retention period; export records your company needs to keep. Handle downloaded records under your company’s own policies.

How it works

  1. Enable incident reporting in the company’s Account & settings.
  2. Open an eligible assigned shift after check-in, or after its start when check-in is disabled.
  3. Choose Add incident report, complete required details, attach permitted files, and submit.
  4. Authorized company staff review the report and download it individually when needed.

Common questions

Can each incident report be downloaded separately?

Yes. Authorized users can download an individual incident report rather than relying only on a combined list.

Are incident reports shared with other companies?

No. Reports are company-scoped. Membership in multiple companies does not create shared access between those companies.
