Give each scheduler their stores—not a separate Officer roster.

Divide scheduling responsibility without dividing your company. Administrators decide who can change each location’s schedule and can update that responsibility as the team changes.

Edit the person’s permissions in one place

Open Staff & permissions and select Edit permissions beside the staff member. Choose their action permissions and Assigned stores. All-store access includes future locations; selected-store access includes only the resources chosen. Selecting none makes scheduling view-only, while permitted viewing remains available.

See the company, change only assigned schedules

Keep viewing permissions enabled so schedulers can see company-wide schedules, Officers, and availability. Assigned stores limit scheduling changes, not the company-wide information needed to coordinate coverage. Action permissions still determine which operations each person may perform.

Change responsibilities without rebuilding schedules

Add or remove assigned locations when responsibilities change. When creating a new site, venue, or event, select responsible staff. Choosing a venue includes its events. Removing scheduling access does not delete the existing shifts.

How it works

  1. Open Staff & permissions as a company administrator.
  2. Select Edit permissions next to the staff member.
  3. Set the action permissions and choose all stores or selected stores, venues, and events.
  4. Save permissions. Revisit the same editor whenever responsibilities change.

Common questions

Will an Officer need to submit availability to each scheduler?

No. Officers submit availability to the company and choose their preferred locations. Staff with availability-viewing access can see those selections company-wide.

Will openings at another scheduler’s store still notify Officers?

Yes. Approved company Officers remain in the company-wide opening-notification audience regardless of scheduler store assignments.
