A daily activity report that starts with the shift.

Move from check-in to a connected shift workspace. Record each action as it happens, without retyping the Officer, company, site, and scheduled shift for every entry.

Add activity, not another spreadsheet

Use Add activity to record a patrol check, assistance request, or other action. Capture when it happened and enter the specific location, such as “Bus stop 13” or “North entrance.” Timed activities can include an end time.

Keep the shift story together

Activity entries and field contacts belong to the shift activity log. Optional trespass notices and safety cautions remain linked to their field contact. Incident reports are accessible in the same shift workflow, with their own reporting and review controls.

Review after the shift

Nonempty daily activity logs are queued for submission after the scheduled shift ends. Authorized staff can review records, request corrections, and filter by site, Officer, or dates. Officers can return to prior eligible shifts; editing follows record status and permissions.

How it works

  1. The company enables activity logs and sets records permissions.
  2. The Officer checks in to enter the shift workspace, or opens reporting after the shift starts when check-in is disabled.
  3. Select Add activity, enter the action and specific location, confirm the date and time, and save.
  4. Review the linked shift activity and use authorized company review and export controls.

Common questions

Can an Officer record several stops within one site?

Yes. The assigned site stays connected to the shift, while location details identify the particular stop, entrance, or area for each entry.

Do we have to use time tracking to use activity reports?

No. A company can turn off check-in/out while keeping reporting enabled. Assigned Officers can then open reporting once the shift starts.
