Each standard site includes up to four simultaneous Officers and/or guards combined at the same flat price. There is no mixed-staffing surcharge. Venues and one-time events do not use the standard-site allowance.

Optional coordination
OffDutyOPS
Eligible companies can add hands-on scheduling and coordination. Base pricing for basic sites is $50 per active site each month plus $1 per filled hour. Filled hours are assigned and filled hours, not unfilled openings. Final scope and terms are reviewed before activation.
OffDutyOPS is optional. The software's scheduling, call-off, notification, timekeeping, and reporting tools do not require it.

Are Officer accounts free?
Yes. Officer accounts remain free.
Can police and guards work the same standard site?
Yes. A standard site can include up to four simultaneous Officers and/or guards combined without a mixed-staffing surcharge.
Are venue and event charges part of the site count?
No. Venues and one-time events are priced separately and do not use the standard-site allowance.
Can an accepted rate be different?
Existing accepted or negotiated rates are preserved. Applicable tax, proration, discounts, complimentary arrangements, and accepted billing terms are handled separately.
