Accessibility

OffDuty HQ should work for every authorized user.

We design the public website and application so people can navigate, understand, and complete their work with a keyboard, screen reader, browser zoom, or other assistive technology.

What we work toward

  • Keyboard access and a visible focus indicator
  • Descriptive headings, links, buttons, and form labels
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Readable contrast, zoom, and responsive reflow
  • Clear instructions, validation messages, and status updates
  • Reduced collection of unnecessary personal information

Our testing approach

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target. We pair automated checks with manual keyboard, zoom, responsive-layout, and assistive-technology review because automated tools alone cannot prove that every workflow is accessible.

This statement describes our ongoing work and does not claim that every screen, third-party service, browser, or assistive technology combination is free from barriers.

Tell us when something blocks you

Email admin@offdutyhq.com with the page, the task you were trying to complete, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you used. Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or unrelated private records. We will offer a reasonable alternative when one is available and use the report to improve the product.
