Find the contact. See the linked trespass and caution.

Keep contacts, trespass notices, and safety cautions connected to the person and the shift. Company-specific Person Search helps authorized teams find previous records without sharing them across companies.

One contact form, connected sections

Add a field contact from the shift, choose a contact reason, and identify the subject with name and available date-of-birth information. Review potential matches before creating a new person. Optional trespass and caution sections stay linked when the contact is reopened.

Record the scope and details

For trespass logging, select Written trespass or Verbal by LEO and record the relevant details and locations. Safety cautions use common categories or Other with an explanation. Notices and cautions also appear as their own linked records for authorized review.

Search within your company

Use Person Search by last name, first name, or date of birth. Open a matching person to inspect company records, locations, trespass status, and cautions. Company reporting can be filtered by site and specific location; another company’s records are not included.

How it works

  1. Enable field contacts and optional trespass and caution tools, and grant appropriate permissions.
  2. From an eligible shift, choose Add field contact, select an existing person or review potential matches for a new person.
  3. Add contact details and optional trespass or safety-caution sections, then save the linked contact.
  4. Find the person through that company’s Person Search or filter records by location and review status.

Common questions

Will the trespass and caution disappear when I edit the field contact?

No. Saved sections stay linked to the field contact and also appear in their respective records lists. Revisions and review permissions govern changes.

Can an Officer search every company’s records at once?

No. Person Search is company-specific. Officers and staff need permission for the selected company; person records are not combined across companies.
